Adapted from All Recipes
- 1 tenderflake pie crust (or make your own)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 bag white chocolate chips, melted (approx 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved
Directions
Begin by baking pie crust according to instruction or until browned and cooked.Combine cream cheese and icing sugar in stand mixer, blend until smooth. Add vanilla and almond extracts and fold in melted white chocolate. Fold in whipped cream and almonds. Pour into cooled crust.
Decorate pie with strawberries and refrigerate until firm. SERVE :)
